Introduction
Mixing vessel is an large-scale equipment for liquid and liquid, liquid and powder mixing and blending. It is normally used for mass production and can be made for dispersing, emulsifting, heating and cooling based on different process. The mixing vessel is able to work in long time, easy to operate, low noise and strong adaptability.
Working principle
Different working process requires different agitators. It is mainly decided by the materials property and mixing purpose.
Normally, the agitator rotates at high or low speed. It transfers the mechanical energy to the fluids nearby which cause it flow and push all the materials moving circular along the vessel.

-The mixing tank can be made in single or jacket structure based on different requirements
-Various mixing agitators are available, single agitator or different combination of agitators is Optional.
Normally, there are dispersing disc, paddle mixer, ribbon blender, frame mixer, scraper, etc.
-Mixing speed is adjustable on different working status.
-The tank can be heated by steam, electricity and oil
-The inner surface is mirror polished. Outside surface is mirror polished or semi-glossy..
-The constructing material is stainless steel 304 or 316L.
-Equipped with the device of CIP spray head, sight glass etc. based on customer's requirement.
