Introduction
The mixing tank is widely used in mixing paints, coatings, pigments and toning down the colors. It is also suitable for mixing liquids and liquids, liquids and powders of other industries. By this mixing step, the colors are made harmonious, no chromatic aberration. The mixing is easy to operate , safe and reliable.
Working Principle
After dispersing, grinding and emulsifying, the paste will be pumped to the mixing tank. Add the color pastes and additives to the tank, start the agitator to mix. After the viscosity and ph is tested qualified, stop the mixing and discharge the finished products to the filling part.
Structure
The mixing tank is mainly consisted of body tank, discharge valve, mixing agitator, reducer, motor, bearing bridge and inverter. From the running speed, it can be divided into low speed mixing and high speed mixing. The motor drives the agitator to mix and disperse materials. Inverter is optional to control the mixing speed during operation. If requires, the mixing tank could be made with jacket for heating. It can be heated by electricity, steam and conduction oil, etc.
