Introduction
Printing inks are important materials for printing. Generally it consists of pigment, binders and additives etc., It is mostly used in printing books, packaging and decoration, building decoration etc. The printing ink species include flexographic ink, offset ink, gravure ink, screen printing ink etc.

We have rich experience in inks production and mastered the technology of powder and liquid automatic feeding system, color paste tinting system, automatic filling system and automatic control system, unmanned production system is feasible.
At the same time, we have also made an outstanding breakthrough in the field of grinding. Up to now, we have developed many new grinding machines which significantly improve the grinding fineness and efficiency. We provide whole plant delivery, sub-contractor business for general contractor, factory renovation, production expansion, project management consulting services, scheme design services to solve the difficulties in printing ink production thoroughly.
Working procedure
1. Measure the pigments and additives by different ways according to their dosage and convey them to the intermediate metering tank or mixing tank in order.
2. If powder is needed, apply a air hoister or use gas delivery to transfer the powders to the mixing tanks.
3. According to different material property and process requirements, the mixing tanks will be designed with disperser, anchor mixer or other mixing agitators to mix and process the materials initially.
4. Some types of inks can be dispersed and directly become the finished products while others need to go through grindings mills before it becomes the finished products.
5. The finished products will go through a semi-automatic or full automatic filling (for mass production) machine, capping device and labelling device, then becomes the products to be sold.
