Introduction

Cooling: closed circulation, cooled by the cooling water through pipes

Discharge: materials are discharged by dynamic and static rings, avoid blocking
Grinding beads:pure zirconium beads, size among 1.5-2.0mm based on materials partical size.
Protection System
When there is no cooling water or the water pressure is not as required, the mill can not be started.
When the material feeding pressure and temperature is above set value, the mill will be stopped automatically.
When the cooling oil level is low or none, the mill won't be able to start, or it will stop automatically to protect the mechanical seal.
Delay shutdown: after production, the feeding pump turns off first, and the engine will be shut off within a set time which enables the left materials discharged fully from the chamber and makes it easier to clean or change colors.
