Introduction
In-line high shear emulsifier is a continuous production type emulsifier with high efficiency.
Working Principle
Through the precise combination of the stators and rotors, the emulsifying pump is able to produce a powerful shear force during the high speed rotation, which can achieve the effect of materials mixing, crushing and emulsifying.
Functions
-As a high efficient inline mixer, it can be installed along the pipes to process liquid materials continuously.
-Besides, the pump also performs the transportation of low viscosity liquid.
-By correct proportion, powder and liquid could be mixed and processed continuously inside the pump.
Characteristics
1. A set of rotors and stators in the working chamber, configured from two layers to six layers.
2. Optional jacket for materials heating or cooling
3. Max. capacity can be 1~15m³/h (water as medial)
4. High range of working temperature
5. Materials contacting parts are made of SS304 or SS316L, conform to sanitary standard.
6. Connecting type can be flange or fast-joint.
