Introduction

Lab-scale basket mill, mostly applied in small batch production before mass production.
Working principle
Material is drawn into the basket under the strong suction and vertex flow which is caused by the high rotating speed of self-priming impeller.
The high-speed rotating dispersion disc creates a strong force between the basket bottom and disc, which draws materials out of the basket and then throws them out. Materials get mixed and dispersed effieciently.
After the material grinding, lift the basket above the liquid level and run it for a short time. The residual material will be thrown out by centrifugal force. Thus, the whole procedure is completed.
