Introduction
HSXJ planetary mixer is a multi-functional equipment combined reacting, blending and dispersing with one machine. It is suitable for production of liquid-liquid, solid-liquid, paste-paste, powder-paste with wide ranges of viscosity (Max. 1,500,000cps) .
It is consisted of reducer, planetary gear, mixing blades, scrapers, container, hydraulic system and the main frame. When the planetary gear works, it drives the mixing shaft(s) and dispersing shaft(optional) to revolve along the axis of container as well as rotate on its own axis. Thus, materials get high sheared and kneaded until they are fully blended. Meanwhile, the scrapers which also revolve along with the planetary gear, cling closely to the inner wall of container and wipe off the materials on the wall which leaves no residue and improves blending effects. It is important to mention that the container for planetary mixer is specially processed and polished to ensure that the scrapers can wipe off the materials completely while revolving.
This planetary mixer can work under vacuum condition, to drain out the water and other volatile stuff. The container is able to be heated / cooled by oil, water or steam.
