after the bottles shape formed,AUTOMATIC MACHINE will use AIR which is coming from inside heat container to make the bottle be exact shape and will not change anymore,spo next step is putting all bottles into heating machine to make the bottles be sturdy and can bare low&high temperature,thus,a fial bottle has been produced; |

our QC staffs will be carful when picking the bottles,they will have to make sure all in-carton bottlrs are with good quality and without any stains,as this is almost final products which we will deliver to our customers and we have to guarantt the quality and the packing is safe; |

after passing our chief QC"s test and check,we will palletized all cartons to make sure all delivered goods are safe,as most of our products will go to other countries by sea transportation and they will flow on sea for more than 20 days,so the safety is very important and critical; |

so final process is that all goods will be uploaded into container and will go to other countries,after receipt of the container by our customer,we will ask the pouring process and application process to know how is our products going on ,and we will offer our good after sale service always!as we strongly believe,QUALITY and SINCERE is very important among countries cooperations! |
