A: 3-7 working days for samples, and 18-25 working days for the order of mass production less than 1,000 PCS. We promise to delivery the customized products ASAP. |

Q2. I don't like your standard colour. Can I choose any colour for the Safe or the Safe Deposit? If yes, any extra cost? |
A: Yes, you can choose any colour as you like. A slightly change for the customized cost with small amount, but mass amount without any extra cost. |

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit? And how about OEM? |

A: Our MOQ is 1 PCS with packaging, including each product in a foam plastic bag ; OEM MOQ is 1,000 PCS for trial order. Pls let me know your choice. |

Q4. How should we deal with the International Settlement if we decide to place the order from you? |

A: As for the sample and the small amount of order, T/T payment in advance is your optimum choice, simultaneously Western Unions, Paypal and others are also OK. As for the mass amount of order, only T/T payment in advance. |
