Polyimide with pre-cured pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive film isdesigned to operate at elevated temperatures higher than polyester.This heat-stabilized film surpasses the dimensional stability ofpolyester, and will thermoses to increase adhesion values.
It can be used for electrical insulation, safety, and plating even atparts that are over 260 DegreC to 300DegrC. Especially places that arerestricted to use lead are substituting to this product for protectionwhile processing SMT reflow. PCB line, LCD , Soldering .
