Mattress roll-packing production line is made up of SL-09W mattress roll-packing machine, two rolling conveyors and one cloth cutter.
About the working process of conveying mattress and cloth, covering the cloth to the mattress and cut off the cloth, and roll-packing the mattress, the production line can finish the whole process automatically.
Rolling conveyor with motor, adopted clean elasticity belts driven by the motor to transmit power, clean and no oil stain, easy assemble and operation, steady carrying.
Cloth cutter is used for conveying and cutting the non-woven, left and right moving, transverse cutting.
Mattress roll-packing machine adopts relay circuit to control the whole operation. it is mainly used for compressing and wrapping sponge and soft materials. After compressing and wrapping, the object has a perfect cylinder figure and nice appearance.
The production line with easy operation, is operated accurate, steady running and low noise.
The production line can finish the whole conveying and wrapping process consistently, smoothly, completely and conveniently. Greatly reduce the labor intensity, improve production efficiency.
