50% polycarboxylate based superplasticizer (short for APEG) is now building concrete construction is one of the most widely used additive, it has green, no pollution, high performance and environmentally friendly additives, can greatly improve the liquidity of cement mixture, reduce water consumption, reduce the damage degree of collapse, and on the basis of the high strength work performance, easy pumping, easy compact and other excellent properties.
50% polycarboxylate ether superplasticizer liquid is used as below:
1. Recommended dosage (by binding materials’ weight) is 0.25%-0.80%. The optimum dosage is according to the reality project conditions and actual materials.
2. polycarboxylate ether liquid can’t be used with naphthalene water reducer. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage, seep dosage and errors.
4. polycarboxylate ether liquid can be widely used in all brands & kinds of concrete admixtures or cements .
