Polycarboxylate superplasticizer (CAS:9009-54-5, polycarboxylate ether/based superplasticizer, short for APEG/TPEG/PCE) is a high performance water-reducing agent, a cement dispersant in concrete. It has a strong role for the cement particle dispersio, fully enhancing and improving various properties of concrete. High performance Polycarboxylate water-reducing agent is a new generation superplasticizer. Our product has good compatibility with a variety of cement. High water reduction and shrinkage characteristics, make possible to improve the performance of concrete slump, extend the construction period. Besides, it also can greatly improve the flow of concrete, increasing early and late strength, ensuring project quality.
Applicable to the configuration of high-strength concrete, pumping concrete, high performance concrete, self-compacting concrete vibration-free. Widely used in commercial concrete, mass concrete, high strength concrete, high-rise buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, underground engineering, water power station. Deatails as below:
1. Recommended dosage (by binding materials’ weight) is 0.25%-0.80%. The optimum dosage is according to the reality project conditions and actual materials.
2. polycarboxylate ether liquid can’t be used with naphthalene water reducer. Compatibility test should be done in advance when used with other additives.
3. Precise measurement avoids repeat dosage, seep dosage and errors.
4. polycarboxylate ether liquid can be widely used in all brands & kinds of concrete admixtures or cements .
