Naphthalene sulfonate is a β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensates, soluble in water, stable physical and chemical properties with good effect. It is short for SNF/PNS/FDN/NSF/NNO, and also named Naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyd/naphthalene superplasticizer/naphthalene sulfonic acid/ sodium methyl naphthalene sulfonate/sulfonation of naphthalene. HS code: 3824401000; CAS: 36290-04-7.

There are four solid content SNF offered: SNF-A (Na2SO4<5%); SNF-B ( Na2SO4<10%); SNF-C (Na2SO4<16%, Na2SO4<18%).

As a high performance concrete additives/concrete admixtures, plasticizer naphthalene sulfonate has high dispersion, low foaming characteristics, high water reduction, strength, early strength, enhance superior, cement adaptability. The incorporation of this product greatly increases concrete mobility, improve slump, ensure the workability. Mainly used to coloring for vat dyes, reactive dyes, acid dyes, acid staining pad or pigment pad dyeing of the dispersing agent, as a auxiliaries for vat dyes's powder or sizing agent. Also used staining to levelling agent and auxiliary tanning agent in leather industry.

Naphthalene sulfonic acid is suitable for plain concrete, reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, high performance concrete, should be used for all types of concrete. Usually used as  concrete additives/concrete admixtures: concrete foaming agent, concrete water reducing agent, concrete superplasticizer, retarder, concrete waterproofing agent, concrete admixture raw material etc.: 

1. Same concrete substantially of strength and slump, plasticizer naphthalene sulfonate can reduce the amount of cement 10-25%.

2. In the same watercement ratio, the concrete initial slump raises 5-8  multiples.

3. To improve the workability of concrete, improve the physical and mechanical properties of concrete.

4. Good adaptability to various cement, and other various types of concrete admixtures compatibility is good.

5. Suitable for the following concrete projects: flowing concrete, plastic concrete, steam curing concrete, impervious concrete, waterproof concrete, nature conservation precast concrete, reinforced and prestressed concrete, high strength ultra-high strength concrete .

6. Mixing amount is  0.5%-1% of cement dosage, water reduction rate is 18-28%;  to improve the strength of concrete increases with 60%-90% in 1-3 days, 25%-60% after 28 days, long-term strength is still keeped.

1. Woven bag, lined with plastic. Net weight 25 ± 0.25kg or 40 ± 0.5kg.

2. SNF-A is soluble in water, so should pay attention to prevent rain, insolation, moisture, when storage and transportation.

3. Usually the shelf life is 24 months; relevant tests shall be carried out to determine whether to use when expired.

4. Not flammable, but should stay away from open flame when storage and transportation.
