Cooperation procedure:
- First send us an inquiry for quote, please be specific follow information:
- Size: length, depth, height of rack
- Loading capacity per level
- How many levels
- Would you want to put pallets onto Box Beams or put Metal Panels onto Metal Panels?
- Order quantities
- Then we will response to you within 24hours with quotation sheet, including picture, description, product’s size, CBM, Weight, unit price in USD; Payment terms and delivery time and a copy of clearly catalogue for your reference.
- We may contact you for clarification or options during this period, please carefully review our quote, please do not hesitate to call or email us if you have any question or need any advice, make necessary revisions.
- After confirming all the information by you, we will send you PI (Proforma Invoice) or Purchase Agreement for your confirmation. Please pay money to our bank account according to the information in our PI.
- Once receiving 30% deposit, we will start producing at once. When the goods are finished, we will take all the pictures from different angles for you reference. After receinving 70% balance, we will arrange shipment at once. Finally we will send the Commercial Invoice, Packing list, the Original B/L, C/O if needed to you.

(1) port of loading: Mainly ship from shenzhen port / or other your demand
(2) Shipping Services: By sea, By air ,By train

2 .Q: What is the Shipping Cost?
A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port. The freight is varied in different months. We have cooperated with shipping companies for more than 10 years, so we are able to offer the best freight and insurance to you if needed.
3. Q: What is your MOQ?
(1) if customer has agent in China to arrange the delivery for you, there will be no MOQ limited, that means customer can order 1 set and the price will be offered as Ex-factory price.
4. Q: What is the Lead Time?
A: Normally it costs 7-25 days once receiving 30% deporit. Kindly please scan bank slip to us after payment.
5. Q: What is the Payment Terms ?
A: 30% deposit and 70% balance against delivery by (T/T, cash, western union, paypal or L/C).
