Description of aluminum foil contaner making machine:
1. This production line can work automatically. Worker control and regulate this production line through electric control equipment.Feeding,punching,product & scrap collecting automatically.
2. Very reliable and steady as the controlling ststem complete with Siemens CPU 224 programmable logic controller (PLC)
3. It's integration of Gas & Electrical,centralized control.So feeding length,speed and other parameters are easy to set.
4. We can design and manufacture different machines on request.
5. Feeding is controlled by stepper syatem, the feeding length is accurate and can be adjusted from 20mm to 90mm.
6. Steel plate wielded machine body marked with high rigidity and less deformation
7. It adopts combined pneumatic friction clutch and barking device to ensure steady clutching, low noise level, and flexible action
8. Integrated lubrication system enables easy oil supply and smooth operation of the machine tool. The automatic lubricating system with fixed place, time and quantity is available to choose.
9. Photo-electric protection and automatic feeding device, driving output shaft and air cushion are available to choose
