Q: I am the new hand for the creen printer,can you show me how to operate?
A: Certainly. There are many customers to buy the machine the first time.
1- We will send the testing videos for your reference. Most of the customers can operate the machine by following the videos.
2- The notes during operate the machine will be offered.
3- If there is any problem, you can contact with us any time, we will answer in 24 hours
4- For the big machine with complex testing and operation, engineer is available for the overseas service
Q: Do you offer free charge of the designs?
A: If you purchase the other screen accessories from our company, we will offer free charge of the artwork according to your information.
Q: Can I put some designs into one screen plate?
A: Yes, on this way the first design is free charge. From the second designs, if the design is the same, only with different sizes, we will not charge for the designs. But we do not suggest the new hand to put many designs onto one plate, the operation will be affected.
Q: How can I offer the designs?
A: Please offer the file with CDR, AI, PSD, PDF, DOC, JPG, or DWG format.
Q: Do you also supply inks, UV dryer,Screen Printing Exposure Unit Vacuum machine
A: Yes, we offer the accessories with good price.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: We accept T/T,Western Union,MoneyGram. Paypal is acceptable for less than $1000.
