Then cylinder liquid poured into the bottle can not continue.
9) Close the valve, release pressure: After filling is completed, the filling valve is closed under the action of closed valve mechanism , Then, under the control of the pressure-release plate, exhaust piston is opened, the inner air pressure to slowly discharge, similar to the outside atmospheric pressure to prevent the bottle from the valve port to generate foam overflow phenomena.
10) Washing, filling and capping equipment are free to adjust the height within the range specified in order to use different height bottles. When the diameter of the bottle in a predetermined range, a constant diameter of the bottle, the bottle height has changed, only need to adjust the height of the relevant parts of each device without replacing parts.
If the diameter of the bottle changes need to replace screw feeder, drive plate and guide plate.
