Summary:
When the workpiece is in the process of forming, processing, transportation, storage and so on, there are scale, rust, residual sand, welding slag, dust, oil and other contaminants on the surface. In order to prolong the life of the workpiece and reach a certain decorative requirements, firstly, we should remove the original base material and bonding material on the surface of the workpiece by surface cleaning equipment to expose the substrate material of the workpiece. Shot blasting is commonly used methods for the surface treatment of the workpiece.
Working principle:
This machine adopts direct hydraulic sandblasting process which uses the pressure, velocity and flow rate of the compressed air to blast the sand material to the surface of the workpiece. When the machine is in working status, the compressed air and sand material in the container jet while mixing, so it makes full use of the compressed air, it is easy to adjust the flow of the air and the sand material, so we can get the desired mixing ratio, the consumption of the energy and material is small and the efficiency of grinding is high.
