Etectrostatic Powder Coating Oven with Italian Riello Burner

1. Wallboard panel	- Rockwool steel colorful board,100 mmthick, density 120kgs/cbm.Outside is colorful steel,inside is gavalnized steel, anti-flame and heat-insulation.
2. Working door	-One set of door or two sets of doors(go through type) for in and out,with lock lift.
3. Heating System	- Diesel burner * 1unit
	- One set of heat exchanger,made bystainless steel
	- 15~20 minutes reaching the baking temperature 180-200°C
	- Cabinet (rock woolinsulation) for the burner & heat chamber* 1unit
4. Air circulation System	One set of heat resistant fan for circulating the hot air,one set of cooling pump for cooling the axle bearing(special for 40 burner). 380v/50hz/3phase.(other voltage required need to add 150USD)
5. E-control Panel	- *1unit, including automatic/constant temprature,stop,emergency stop,start,oven temperature setting,constant temperature setting,hot air temperature setting,over indicator,failure indicator,normal indicator,power indicator,pre-work indicator.
6.Guide rail	1 set of guide rail for pushing the trolley in and out.
