- 1. Dry Spray Booth
Dry Filter Centrifugal Spray Booths are recommended when paint consumption is less or water is scarce. Dry spray booth is composed by the chamber body, exhaust system and mist processing device.
Types:
Dry Back- Side Draft
Dry Bottom- Down Draft
Dry spray booth advantages:
1) Low running costs fan, no cohesion agent, no need wastewater treatment, and less power consumption.
2) Small footprint, labor saving, no paint residue discharge and water quality inspection work.
3) Its construction is simple and low noise.
4) Low maintenance costs
Dry type spray booth disadvantages:
1) A large consumption of the filter.
2) The interior walls and baffles tend to accumulate paint grain, it must be cleared up.
3) If the maintenance is not in place there will be some fire hazard.
4) Because if the paint is not removed in time and get deposited inside duct, they are a fire hazard.

Operating principle:
Air-supplying and exhausting devices start at the same time (Warm-up in winter), fresh air enters to the heating air-supplying unit through inlet filter from air inlet, and the processed airflow will be passed by the air-supplying unit to the static pressure chamber on the top of the booth. The airflow will be treated by the filter cotton on the bottom of the chamber and then entered in the painting booth in laminar flow way, which makes the remaining paint mists down along the airflow, avoiding them emission all round.
