The process of production
It is not very complex. As we can see that, once we received your deposit, we will prepare the material as soon as possible, it needs about 3-7 days.
The most important step is print, it will influence the bag beautiful or not. So, before bulk production, we will do the test, and check the color with you to make sure it is correct. Normally, the printing includes silk screen print, lamination, heat transfer and offset print. The printing time needs about 5-7 days.
The other most important part is sewing. So, we arrange our salemen following the whole step, and make sure everything is good. No mistake is allowed!
Once everything is prepared, we will arrange the fastest ship, air plane or express for you, and make sure you will get your bag at the first time.
Introduction of print
Normally, we will choose silk screen print to printing your logo on the bag, it depends on your requirements of the printing picture. Other printing ways include heat transfer print, sublimation and so on.
Of course that the different printing way has different printing cost, the cheapest one the silk screen print. So, this kind of print is much welcome and popular compared with others.
All of our print ink is environmental, please don't worry about your health. If necessary, we can do the test for you, and provide you testing certificate.
