Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

Q2: Can I get samples?

A: Of course. We can offer free sample for the new idea of old customers. For new customers, sample charge is required, which can be returned once you place an order. Therefore, sample is free of charge!

Q3: Could you accept small quantity and mix container order?

A: Yes, we always have some stock for normal products with no MOQ, We accept small quantity and could supply you mixed container products at competitive price.

Q4: What’s the delivery time?

A: For small quantity in stock items, the delivery time is about 3-5days after the payment. For container order, the delivery time is 20-40days after down payment.

    Meantime, delivery is always on time.

Q5: Where is the loading port?

A: Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Jiangmen are our normal loading port. We also could deliver your ordered  products to the place you request.

Q6: Will the products be inspected before delivery?

A: Yes, we have QC people to check the products before delivery for each order. Steady good quality is our core competitiveness.

 Q7: How about the payment method?

A: T/T will be the best, but we can also meet your needs if you want to pay in another way.
