TB 1020 Rubber Binder is used for binding rubber granules. It is used for press system to produce rubber tiles and molds
TB 1020 Rubber Binder is polyurethane based, one component, solvent free, moisture-cure product which is used for bonding rubber granules.
TB 1020 Rubber Binder is specially formulated for using with recycled rubber to manufacture rubber mats or tiles in moulding systems.
TB 1020 Rubber Binder is ready for use as supplied and should be mixed with dry rubber granules as follows:
TB1020 Rubber Binder 4 - 4,5% by weight
Rubber Granules ( epdm or sbr) 96 - 95,5 - % by weight
