Detail

Features:

1. The dryer uses the stainless steel as endophragm. The max. temperature control is up to 200°C. Using multistage controlling system, which can accuracy control each section of dryer according to technical requirements.

2. The tensile strength is controlled fully automatic.; using the frequency conversion velocity modulation system or the digital direct-current velocity modulation system. Multi-spot synchronization controller is used to ensure the machine synchronously operated.

3. Uses EPC to correct errors; make sure the finished rolls with smooth edge.

4. Each transition hoop is even grinded and polished, which makes the material surface not scratch.

5. The multi-purpose combined coating types result in high accuracy and super stable coating.
