Appliations
For PVC electrical tape coating.
Features
1. Unwind: Floor type. Tension control by magnetic-power brake with manual adjustment and alighment.
2. The prime glue coater: gravure type.
3. Nozzle of the oven is designed with movable aluminum-alloy and the inner heat preservation plate is made of stainless steel. Multi-zone temperature control design is employed and can accurately control temperature at each zone.
4. Tension of the belt could be manually adjusted through the coating suction table.
5. The frame canvas sets are designed with EPC alignment mechanism and pneumatic canvas tensioner.
6. The cooling pull station consists of the cooling roller and pull roller.
7. Coating: comma scrape mode; tolerance is 2micron.
8. Using fully automatic low-tension stacking machine and surface rewinder. They are one set of independent equipment and controlled by PLC controller, making operation simple and easy.
