5/. APPLICATION:
E7018 welding electrode is a low hydrogen type electrode for welding of 50 kgf/mm2 grade high tensile steel. The welding can be done with high deposition rate, good X-ray soundness and mechanical properties. It is especially suitable for nuclear power stations, petroleum chemical plants, and heavy steel plates.
6/NOTES ON USAGE:
1.Dry the electrodes at 350 0C for 60 minutes and keep it at 100 ~1500C before using.
2.Keep the arc as short as possible.

- 5kgs/box, 4 boxes = 20kgs/carton
- 50 cartons = 1,000kgs / pallet
- 20 - 25 tons / 20' DC
- OEM order is acceptable
- Samples are free of charges and courier charges will be refunded to customer on the first order.
