Product description:
Multifunctional printing machine is the new product which designed and manufactured by XSHEEN Machinery Co., Ltd. It could do printing, number printing, and paper collator works at one time. Via the transfer system, the paper from four paper feeding section was fed to the former regulations, pull regulation to make the accurately position, and then complete the continuous printing, number print, creaser and perforating process, one set bill with numbers and single print could be completed immediately.
This product is controlled by a microcomputer; the program can be set according to the different printing requirements, page collator with the paper printing, page collator with number code printing etc.
Product Features:
1.The high degree of automation, adopt printing "key" operation, effectively improve the work efficiency.
2. Reasonable structure design, low machine height, easy to operate, large amount could be loaded at one time.
3. Adopt microcomputer control, human-machine interface touch screen. Paper feed and number code dial controlled by pneumatic components, fully ensure a stable and reliable machine operation.
4. Precise detection by ultrasonic, to avoid double sheets, paper jam etc.
5. Automatic oil supply system, the vertical and horizontal perforating blade could be adjusted accordingly.
6. The angle of every paper feeding unit is small, ensure the paper delivery smoothly.
7. The double numbering, collating and printing machine can realize skipping bill edge printing function (same bill no. different bill edge content).
8. Double colors print and double number codes print system are the options.
