We can provide different package type for flashlight product:
1. Paper gift box without print or with print on. It is usually used for normal led flashlight. The weight for it usually is 0.5KG including rechargeable 18650 battery and charger.
2. Aluminum gift box for big power flashlight like HID flashlight and 9 CREE XML-T6 led flashlight which is usually 2-5KG.
3. Other package like blister package or gift package can be customized according to buyer’s requirement.

Q: What kinds of payment methods and price term?

Q: May I get free sample?
A: Normally, our samples for charger are free. If the sample quantity is large, it will be charged. However, the sample fee will be refunded when customer place bulk orders for that item.
Q: Warranty?
A:FlexGreen guarantee products found to be defective under normal use within 1 year will be repaired without charge. If assume defects can’t be repaired will be replaced without charge within 1 year.
Q: Can you provide CE, RoHs or ISO certificate?
A: Yes, Most of FlexGreen products have CE, RoHs. FlexGreen passed ISO9001 in 2006.
