Profiles cross section
1) The profiles wall thickness under high wall regulation .With visible wall thickness≥ 2.8mm and invisible wall thickness≥2.5mm. fully compliant to technical specification GB/T8814-2004 for Grade A wall thickness requirement and GB/T28887-2012 standard of Plastic Window Industry
2) Conch Germany standard 70 series frame ,sash and bead design on high level for appearance beauty.
3) The thickness for double-layer glass and three-layer glass compliant to the international standard (24mm ,19mm thickness for double layer and 32mm thickness for three layer glass).with good heat resistance performance for the lowest K value below 2.0;
4) Tri-sealing design improves water and air tightness , with water tightness performance ≥500Pa, air tightness performance ≤0.5M3/(m*h)
5) Big cross section design improves the welding property , torque resistance and impact resistance ,and overcome the cracking ,crisp weakness for the plastic windows.
6) Conjunction Profiles straight joining pipe can common use Conch range CP36NC,and the windowsill board use Conch range HC150NC
