The feature for CONCH pvc profiles:
1. Single or Double Insulated Glass
The profile has designed to fitted the single glass or double insulated glass. Applying a double insulated glass could obtain maximum noise and heat reduction.
2. High Grade Plastic Materials
The profile has been laboratory tested that it doesnt discolour, brittle or become aging even when its exposed to direct sunlight, rainstorm, drying or humidity between-30 to 70.
3. Rubber Strip
High Quality Rubber Sealing Strip provide air tightness therefore it can reduce your Air conditioner cost.
4. Steel Reinforced
The profile has re-inforced with steel to ensure optimum strength and security.

The section of 88 four-rail series
1) The visible panels’ thickness of frame and mullion is 2.0mm, according with national standard GB/T8814-2004.
2) Multicavity structure ensures the excellent heat insulation or preservation performance of conch 88 series.
3) Be designed to fit single glass or double glazing glass according to different requirements of clients.
4) Can be installed standard aluminum sliding rail to make opening window easier; improves the airtightness with more sealing points.
5) The section of profiles' design and accessories are standard in favor of assembling and manufacting.
