1. Design Features

 

(1) High heat exchange efficiency of 2000---5000kcal/m2hr°C, which is 3-5 times higher than shell and tube heat exchanger;

 

(2) Less floor area occupied because of its compact structure;

 

(3) Easy for maintainance and cleaning;

 

(4) Material of plate can be chosen from many kinds of  corrosion resisting material:   304,316L,254SMO, stainless steel, titanium alloy or hastelloy.

 

(5) Heat exchange area can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing plates according to customer's requirements.

 

(6) Two mediums inside the heat exchangere are avoided to be mixed, because the passways between each two plates are sealed at both sides.
