HTF series high temperature fire fighting exhaust fan
HTF series high temperature fire fighting exhaust fan is a national "spark” project,widely used in high-rise buildings, oven, drying room,underground garage, tunnels and other places of discharge of high temperature gas.The design of the series of fire fan unique, high temperature motor full closurebuilt, equipped with specialized motor cooling system. Compact structure, the basic formation of axial flow fan, can be directly connected with the wind pipe( can be horizontal, vertical, lifting), less land occupation,easy installation, saving cost.
The characteristics of HTF series high temperature fire fighting exhaust fan:
1, excellent high temperature performance: Fan testing in accordance with GB/J45-82 fire code test requirements, establish higher than the standard of enterprise internal control and assurance system, in the condition of 400 °C high temperature continuous operation for more than 100 minutes, the temperature of 100 °C for 20 hours of continuous operation / times without damage, widely used in: senior civil construction, oven underground garage, tunnel, etc.;
2,wide range of using: can according to different requirements of senior civil construction, with variable speed or multi speed drive form, in order to achieve a dual-purpose machine ( that is common ventilation and high temperature fire fighting exhaust fan) ;
3, high efficiency: the fan adopts advanced CAD system software, Is the result of multi objective optimization design of new product development. After the actual test, the fan efficiency is greater than 80%, some models of the machine greater than 85%,and has the characteristic of efficiency curve is flat, is conducive to energy saving;
4 convenient installation, covering less than the centrifugal fan: the fan base in the form of an axial flow fan, can be installed directly connected or wall and the wind tube, (installation can be used in vertical or horizontal type). Greatly saves floor space.
