Q: Could you provide design services? What is the price? A: We have design department, which can provide creative support for your books. We will charge according to different design demands, please call us for details.
Q: What are your Max. and Min. printing sizes? A: Our maximum printing paper is 720×1,020mm and minimum size is 360×520mm.
Q: What types of binding do you provide? A: Hard cover binding, soft cover binding, saddle stitch binding, wired-o book binding, Flexi bound, Chinese Traditional thread binding.
Q: What brands of paper do you often use? A: We cooperate with many paper brands, including imported paper brands and joint-venture paper brands like Gold East, Stora Enso and UPM.
Q: What are your requirements for customers' files? A: We prefer to use PDF. if you have some other format, please let us to check first. Picture resolution is not less than 300dpi. CMYK file is recommended.
Q: How to provide files? A: CD, DVD,hard disk, USB Disk or FTP.
Q: How to make payment? A: Normally, pay by Wester Union, L/C, T/T etc. 30% deposit. If you need other payment terms we can discuss about it.
