Brief Introduction
1.1 Semi-finished products material and Bottle model requirement: This filling machine adapt to viscosity ≤20000cps; General bottle model.
1.2 Quality: under normal use, all mechanical parts one year guarantee (Except cushion, line pipe, seal ring, filter element and gasket)
1.3 Material: The part contacting material is made of stainless steel 304.
1.4 Filling mouth: Prevent leak through exclusive use filling mouth 12mm
1.5 Security measures:Use Photoelectric and Pressure sensor to inspect the materials and bottles,when no bottle or lack bottle,the machine will not filling; Calculating the number of filling bottles function,use PLC to control.
1.6 Discharging control: Encoder information collect data and transmit to PLC, By PLC program control filling head movements
1.7 Feeding materials control: By pressure sensor control and material feeding pump to feed material. (Material feeding pump customer provide for himself)
1.8 Control signal output: the machine output a group low pressure signal which can control external material feeding pump.
1.9 Packing material deviation request: Bottle according to the max part of cut width or circle to calculation. Allow ±1mm.
1.10 Bottle clamp device (Horizontal type pneumatic double clamp), avoid misplace filling.
