The dog shock collar system allows for perfecting small range dog obedience. With 330 yard range, this device was designed with the common household dog in mind, as the range of this system easily accommodates a stroll to your nearby park, or training in the backyard. We've incorporated every function that's needed for a beginner trainer or novice training collar user. Those functions are, static shock, vibration, tone and light modes, which allow the trainer to receive the best possible results, all at an affordable price.
To avoid skin damage, please help to folllow below tips, thanks:
1. Do not overtighten the dog shock collar on your dog's neck;
2. Do not keep the dog shock collar on your dog's neck for more than 12 hours a day;
3. Reposition the dog shock collar on your dog's neck every few hours;
4. Wash the dog shock collar contact area weekly with a damp cloth;
5. Examine the dog shock collar contact area for signs of rash or sores after removing the dog shock collar;
6. If any skin conditions persist beyond 48 hours, see your veterinarian;
7. Do not use the dog shock collar again until your dog's skin have fully healed.
How to encode signal between remote and receiver collar?
1. Press mode button to turn on remote transmitter and adjust levels of vibration or static shock above 0;
2. Press '1/2' button to select a signal channel;
3. Turn on the dog shock collar receiver, you will hear a beep;
4. Press 'Y' button within 10sec to encode the signal, at the same time, the receiver beeps at once;
5. If you fail to press 'Y' button within 10sec period, please turn off the dog shock collar then repeat step 3~4;
6. If you have 2 receiver dog shock collars, press again '1/2' button to select another signal channel for transmission encoding.
Q: How old does my pet have to be before using the dog shock collar?
A: Your pet should be able to recognize basic obedience commands such as 'sit' or 'stay'. The dog shock collar may be worn by most dogs of 25 kilograms and some dogs slightly over 25 kilograms.

A: The effective distance could be as far as 300 meters between remote transmitter and dog shock collar receiver without obstacles in the middle. However in reality, lots of factors, including but not limited to signal station, magnetic field, obstacle, battery volume, other wireless devices nearby, landform, vegetative cover etc, shall influence transmission of signals from remote transmitter and the dog shock collar.

Q: I want to test static shock function of dog shock collar receiver myself, but it does not work, is anything wrong?
A: If you test the dog shock collar receiver by your hand or leg, please touch the 2 screw caps(electrodes) at the same time, touching only on contact will not work.

Q: How long can I continuously deliver vibration or static shock to my pet?
A: The maximum amount of time you can press the vibration or static shock to your pet continuously is 10 seconds. After this, the remote transmitter will time-out, and you have to release 'Y' button and press 'Y' button again to restart vibration or static shock function.

A: Your pet can wear it when drinking water or in rainy days, however, your pet can't wear it when swimming or diving.

Q: How long will it take to get my pet trained well?
A: It takes time to eliminate a misbehavior or teach an obedience command. Please be patient, overquick training may not lead to ideal outcomes.

Q: The dog shock collar does not work, or my pet does not respond after correct installation of the pet trainer, how should I solve this problem?
A: 1). Make sure both remote transmitter and dog shock collar receiver have enough power to operate;
2). Intensity level has to setup at over '0' when encoding, test to launch for vibration and static shock function;
3). Check to see if dog shock collar receiver is turned on;
4). Check '1/2' button on remote transmitter to ensure signal channels are correctly configured;
5). Try re-encoding remote transmitter and dog shock collar receiver;
6). Take off dog shock collar receiver and test all of the four funtions work properly;
7). Dog shock collar receiver goes into standby mode after 4 minutes without movement. And any gentle movement can activate it;
8). Make sure dog shock collar receiver is properly worn and the dog shock collar can not be too loose;
9). Trim your pet's fur where the contacts touch the neck OR change to the longer contact points.
