The X800 hidden fence system is designed in USA, which is the most reliable, cost-effective pet containment system, a buried wire transmits a harmless radio signal, when your dog approaches to the boundary, the signal causes the hidden fence collar receiver to deliver a warning tone first, if your dog continues closer to the boundary, the hidden fence collar will issue a mild static correction, which will be longer and stronger if your dog go further, however, the shock won't hurt your dog, just make them uncomfortable, normally, your dog will seek to avoid correction, and stay within established boundaries. While run-through prevention technology helps prevent dogs from passing through the containment field.
