2.Our material is commercial grade PVC tarpaulin. All inflatable games are made by high durability fire-retardant 0.55mm 18OZ vinyl Tarpaulin in 1000D, which has 3 layers, two coated side with a strong net inside. Flame retardant meet BS7837 and ROHS and CE certificate EN14960 for Europe and Australian Standards AS 3533.4.1.
3.All of the material we use is commercial grade,heavy duty, waterproof, fire-retardant, and lead free!
d. Arts & Crafts
1.Sewing, All our inflatable products use Double, Quadruple, and in some areas 6-way box stitching to ensure our products will last.All the products are manufactured to be safe and durable.
2. We use 0.55mm 1000D PVC on the linking part inside to reinforce the item. and double stitching, with reinforcement at high stress areas. AND when stitching is getting to the end of material, proper and complete "lock" stitch is made. Providing double stitching everywhere and quadruple in areas of high tear and at bottom stress point to make sure the inflatables are strong.
3.We Make reinforcestrips at the bottom joint and each corner On the main base. The most important thing is our seams are done using thread that can withstand great force (17 kg) before tearing.
4. Every bouncer will have 8 pieces of big D ring safety anchors at least to make the units more steady and the slide will have more.
5. Strong and reliable commercial grade zippers with Velcro cover. All have integrated back flow flaps on deflation zippers to reduce air leak.
6. Blank business banner, business card holder, warning sign are available.
7. Vivid hand painting and digital printing makes the inflatables more attractive.
