RFid card hotel door lock system

RFid card hotel door lock system includes:
1. Lock (Qty = apartment room)	to be installed on the door
2. Encoder (1pc in one hotel at least)	to issue all kinds of cards
3. Energy saver (Qty=guest room)	to get the power
4. Mifare cards (Qty = 3 times of apartment room)	to set as functions cards and to open the door
4. Data collection (3pcs Mifare S70 cards)	to get the unlocking door record
5. Software (optional in different language)	To set up / manage the guest rooms

RFid card hotel door lock system - Cards Functions

Cards	Function
1. Authorization card 2. Clock card 3. Room setting card	These are functions cards for setting the door lock. All new locks must be set by these 3 cards first after installed on the door.
4. Guest card	To open certain guest room, with the time and double locked limit, it's hold by the guest.
5. Master card	To open all the doors in one hotel, no limited on deadbolt and time. Kept by the general manager.
6. Building card	To open all the doors in a certain building, limited on deadbolt and time. Kept by the manager.
7. Floor card	To open all the doors in a certain floor ,limited on deadbolt and time. Kept by foremen.
8. Clean up card	To open the locks of the assigned zone, with double-locked and time limit. Kept by house keeper. Before issing clean-up card, have to set up clean up zone first.
9. Emergency card	To open doors with no limits, even when the door is double locked. It can keep lock on long-time unlocking state.Usually General Manager / hotel guard hold this card in case of situation like fire etc.
10. Stop card	To stop the function of the guest card
11. Seal card	To seal the unused rooms. Hold by room Manager. Only Emergency card can open the lock once sealed.
12. Alarm card	To set door ajar funtion, when the lock is not locked well, it will alarm to remind the clients.
13. Don't interrupt card	To set don’t interrupt function in the condition of deadbolt
14. Normally open card	To set the lock in the unlocking state.
15. Check out card	To stop the function of guest room card when guest would like to check out ahead of schedule or the guest room card lost.
