| 3. What's your loading port? | ||||||
| Our loading port is Shenzhen port(Seaport & Airport). If you have other suppliers in China, we can help you dispatch goods there. | ||||||
| 4. What's your MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity)? | ||||||
| MOQ is 1000pcs as usual. For special situation,we could accept order quantity under MOQ. Please contact our sales to get details. | ||||||
| 5. What is your delivery time? | ||||||
| Usually, the delivery time is 30 days after receipt of deposit. Large orders will take a few days more. As a manufacturer, we take guaranteed delivery time as one of our regulations. | ||||||
| 6. What's your usual payment term? | ||||||
| It is T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance against copy of B/L. We can also accept Paypal or Alipay payment. | ||||||
| 7. What is your sample policy? | ||||||
| It is free for stock samples, but shipping cost will be at your side. New smaples will be charged $25.00~$100.00 according to designs. For detailed sample fees, please contact our sales. Usually, samples can be finished within 5-7days. Then, they will be sent with your international express account (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT). | ||||||
| 8. What kinds of logo can we make ? | ||||||
| We can make various logos(screen printing, heat transfer printing, offset printing, embroidery, rubber logo, metal plate logo, woven label, etc). We would suggest you the best way to make logos according to features of material. Eg. Embossed logo for PU, heat transfer printing for polyester. The artwork of your logo is necesary. | ||||||
| 9. Are your materials from local or abroad? | ||||||
| Most of the materials are from Zhejiang or Guangdong province; Some special materials are from Taiwan. Most of our materials get reports of component verification test; EN71 and PROP65 test. | ||||||
| 10. How can we know our order status? | ||||||
| You will be kept informed by sending order status from our sales or sales assistants every week. And we have production meeting on every Thursday morning. |
Considering your shipping cost and delivery time, we would suggest:
Large orders--- by sea with DOV (the day of voyage) about 4 weeks with cheap shipping cost;
Small orders--- by air; by international express like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc with quick delivery time
Our products passed EN71 for EU markets and Prop 65(California Proposition 65) for the US markets.
Some of them passed REACH and DSTM 4236. Bellow are some test reports by Intertek and CTT.
