Whole-set equipment of block cutting layer helveticrous
This whole-set equipment consists of slurry-agitating machine, slurry-storing bucket,slurry-sizing machine, stuff-filling mouth, gas-fired and steel-belt type tunnel stove,return transport belt, strip-cutting equipment, filling-stuff equipment, cake turn-over equipment, compaction equipment, horizontal cut-off equipment, cooling and transportation etc.
The main technics order:Pour the slurry directly on the steel-belt type tunnel to be baked,after being cooked it becomes a cake-belt,at the terminal of the transport belt it will be shoveled down to the return transport belt underneath,at this time the cake-belt has already been turned over,after the cake-belt has been transported back to the place where is under the stuff-filing mouth,it will be upgraded by the slope to the working platform where the cake-belt will be cutted to the cake-strip lengthways,then fill the stuff,turn over the cake-belt one space one,press one on the side one slightly,after being horizontal cutted off,the potato-slurry becomes a new favorite food on the market----“European-style cake”.
Characteristics:use this equipment can make cake without mould,we only need to replace the block-circle between the knife and adjust the speed of horizontal knife to make the specification of the cake big or small,follow your inclinations.
