cheap rubber flooring is a kind of sheet products with certain thickness and a larger area,which is made through vulcanization with rubber as the main material(may contain reinforced materials like fabric,metal sheet,etc.).The main products include general rubber slab,oil-resistant rubber slab,insulation rubber slab,inflaming retarding rubber slab,acid and alkali-resistant rubber slab,antistatic rubber slab,trextolite,wire-mesh skeleton rubber slab,antiskid rubber slab with strip,dot and willow leaf shapes,NBR slab,neoprene slab,EPDM slab,silica rubber slab,fluorine rubber slab,special rubber products .
Main use range
the cheap rubber flooring are widely used for industrial and mining enterprises,transportsector and housing ground,used as sealing gasket,cushion,door and window seals and laying the worktable and floor.In the industrial sector,rubber slabs are mainly used for anticorrosion,wear resistant and shockproof protetion of the using equipments and devices.For example,the rubber slabs for the desulfurization system of heat-engine plants and wter treatment anticorrosion are mainly used for anticorrosion;while in mining industry,the rubber slabs are mainly used for mainly used for wear resistant, shockproof protection of the equipments and relevant pipeline equipments, being able to extend the life of the equipments. They are generally used for printing plate-making in culture and education system.
Characteristic:
NR: high flexibility,good comprehensive physical mechanic performance.
SBR: better wear-resistant and anti-aging function than NR,low prices.
CR(Neoprene): good climate resistant,ozone proof,hot resistance and chemical resistant.
NBR: good oil-resistant,wear-resistant and anti-aging.
EPDM: good anti-aging,ozone proof,polar liquid resistant,good electric performance,lightest rubber.
Butyl:low permeability,good anti-aging.
Sillicon: Excellent oil and fats resistance and for high temperatureup to 260. high resistant one can reach to 250-270 ℃
Viton: For high temperature up to 300 ℃
