Dura-shred plastic granules grinder machine for sale
Input: Car tires to OTR tires
Output: 50-120mm rubber chips(The size can be adjusted)
Dura-shred: China’s most professional experts in the integrated treatment of waste tire.
Dura-Shred’s double shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low RPM, high torque shredding technology. The shredder blade thickness ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1”-6”) depending on the type of tires, throughput, and desired end product. The biggest shredder can process different kind of tires, the biggest capacity can be up to 20 Ton/h.

Features and specification
1.Quickly and easily shreds tires into pieces
2. Our hardened knives allows the whole tire to be processed at once and do not require removal of the bead as some systems require.
3.Our own designed blade in shredder make us unique and different from others.
4. Our blade is made by exotic steel and heat treated to an average 56-60 on the Rockwell Scale
5.Siemens motors
TDF system process:
Step 1: Conveyor to load tire into double shafts shredder.
Step 2: Double shafts shredder to cut the whole tire into pieces.
Step 3 : Conveyor to load rubber pieces into disc classifier.
Step 4: Disc classifier to separate over size rubber chips from required size rubber chips.
Step 5: Recirculation conveyor to load over size rubber chips back to shredder.
The applications of the different plant
TDF chips:Make oil, Energy Recovery and Civil Engineering.
Rubber mulch: Application in garden decoration and playground protection.
Rubber crumb: Application in Running track and playground.
Rubber powder: Application in construction and modified asphalt.
