When system Temp.declines to around 3 C,it will start to open to outlet cold water. when system temperature declines to 2c, the valve will open completely to outlet the very cold water to avoid the freezing,when system temperature rise to 8c, the valve will close completely to make sure the normally work of the sysytem.
