        On the basis of utilizing technologies of similar products abroad, we developed QX ultrasonic washer and improved it specially for the cleaning work of different kinds of medical devices and testing utensils in CSSD, OR, laboratories, etc. This machine is featured by advanced design, multiple functions, high speed of cleaning and good effect. In the new criterion issued by the Ministry of Health, supersonic washer is regarded as a must for all hospitals in passing inspections and reducing human labour intensity.

       QX ultrasonic washer has three types of frequency: single-frequency, double-frequency and triple-frequency. Among them the last one can achieve setting conversion and self-action conversion among 40KHz, 800KHz and 100KHz to make the objects receive three different levels of washing: rough washing, cleaning and exquisite washing. Therefore, all kinds of dirt can be thoroughly cleaned off. The washer mainly consists of washing tank, ultrasonic generator, ultrasonic transducer, heating pipe, temperature sensor, water-level sensor, drainage pump, material basket and pipe, etc. 

 

Working Principle: 

        High-frequency oscillatory electric signals produced by the ultrasonic generator is converted into mechanical oscillatory signals through the ultrasonic transducer, and then it is transmitted to the washing solution, in which the cavitation phenomenon emerges and micro-shock waves form. The waves hit the surface of the washed objects time and time again, flaking the dirt off the surface and seams of the objects thus making them clean.
