Cooking Oil Making Machine
In order to produce cooking oil,customer usually need to build 3 workshops,Material Pretreatment Workshop,Oil Extraction Workshop and oil refining workshop.
Material Pretreatment Workshop
Raw Material---cleaning---stones removal---magnetic selection---crushing---softening---flaking---drying---to extraction workshop.
1.Use cleaning screen, stoner and magnetic selector to remove kinds of impurities.
2.Use crusher to crush soybeans into small pieces.
3.Use softening pot to soften soybeans to increase their plasticity.
4.Use flaking roll to roll soybeans into thin flakes to incrase the surface area,convenient for extraction.
5.Use plate dryer to adjust the temperature and moisture of soybean flakes suitable for extraction.
Oil Extraction Workshop
Main Process
1. Use rotocel extractor or loop extractor to extract oil with solvent to get miscella of solvent and oil.
2. Through twice evaporation and steam-stripping to separate solvent from oil and then get crude soybean oil according to their different boiling and volatility with evaporator and steam-stripping tower.
3. After extraction, wet meal with solvent will be desolventized to separate solvent,then dry meal can be used for feed.
4. Solvent from evaporation,steam-stripping and desolventizing can be recycled through condensation.
5.Exhaust gas can be recycled.
Oil Refining Workshop
Main Process
Crude soybean oil---degumming,water washing,drying---decolorization---deacidification---deodorization---finished soybean oil.

Usually we load the machines to 40' container in Qingdao port and we can deliver the cargoes within 45 days after customer confirm order.

After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours. |
