The HLS series concrete mixing plant is an automatic concrete mixing assembly consisting of a batching, a mixing and an electrical control system. Equipped with a high-precision microcomputer control system and provision for separate manual control, the plant features formula memory, automatic drop compensation and sandstone moisture content compensation. This, together with a printing system supplied with the plant, enables automatic production of the preset tanks of concrete.
The plant applies to concrete construction for industrial and civil buildings, highways, railways, bridges, utilities, hydrological projects, ports, docks and airports and also serves as a mixing plant for commercial concrete production. Combined concrete mixing stations of different forms and different sizes are also available as required by different users for different purposes.
The plant features:
Modular construction allowing for easy integral installation and removal and low equipment cost.
A JS double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer serving as the mixing machine and for aggregate lifting allowing for sound mixing quality and high efficiency.
A batching machine for aggregate batching allowing for accurate measurement and high production efficiency.
An electronic scale for weighing the powder, water and additives allowing for high batching precision.
Pump pressurized water supply allowing for faster flow and uniform distribution.
A belt conveyor for aggregate feeding allowing for long lifecycle and high work efficiency.
An electrical control system comprising imported key elements allowing for reliable performance and easy operation and furnished with printing and air conditioning.
Pleasant overall visual appearance, easy installation and disassembly, openable from the side of each layer of package allowing for access and replacement of fittings.
An aggregate lifting belt conveyor driven by electrical rollers allowing for steady operation, powerful dynamics and easy maintenance.
Enclosed handling, measurement and dosing of all the powders eliminating any dust emission; reliable and stable transmission mechanisms installed at each part minimizing the acoustic level.
