Specifications
The production line usually conteins three sections: preprocessing & oil pressing,oil extraction and oil refinery.
The production line adopts international outstanding craft, and Class A equipments are disposed for the line. User can choose the craft by local market conditions, for example, whether husk of sunflower seed is removed, whether the oil extraction section is required. The craft flow of each section are as following:
1. Oil press workshop craft:
Sunflower seed → cleaning,destoning → shelling → crushing → flaking → cooking →oil pressing → refinging → finished oil
2.Craft flow:
solvent steam
↓ ↓
extraction → mixed oil → evaporation→ steam-stripping → crude oil
3. Oil refining workshop craft:
crude oil→preheating→ mixing→ oil-alkali blending→ mixing reaction→ desoaping→soapstock

leaching←distillation and deodorization←filter←decolorizing←drying←dehydration←washing←softwater

In the warranty period, all because of the quality of products has caused the damage or failure of equipment,suppliers will take the responsibility for the free repair and replacing spare part. Due to the damage caused by the customer,we only charge material costs for repair and replacement. After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours. |
