1. Product overview:
This training device adopts industrial and ship process control system of pneumatic components and security
explosion-proof, industrial shockproof instruments, adopt standard pneumatic control signal (20-100 KPa) simulation range change use pneumatic classic PID control system to realize the liquid level, pressure, and
flow rate three type parameter closed loop and continuous process control.

3. Main components:
(1) controlled object: the stainless steel frame, organic glass water tank, magnetic pump, water storage tank, orifice board flowmeter, pneumatic difference pressure transmitter), pneumatic ribbon bar indicator, pneumatic control regulation meter, the pneumatic-valve (supporting pneumatic valve locator), gas power converter, air compressor, piping and valves etc.
(2) Control system: the junction boxes, switch power (24 VDC), leakage protect, breaker, control switch, ac voltmeter, data collector, digital meter, control key
(3) Annex: commonly used tools, the product specification.
