1. Overview
XK-MPS1 flexible production training device is a practical experiment equipment designed and produced for
improving students’ manipulative ability and practical skill and ability by our company, The unit is composed
of independent and closely linking multiple workstations.
XK-MPS1 flexible production training system consists of six station/unit to constitutes production line, these
station/unit respectively are: loading material detection station, transport station, processing station,
assembling station, assembling and transport station and sorting station.

3 each station introduction
1. feeding detection unit
(1)main composition and function
Composed of hopper, rotary table, workpiece slide, lifting device, reflecting photoelectric sensor, inspecting
workpiece and color photoelectric switch, switch power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface
board, communication interface board, geared motor, solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete passing
the workpiece back to feeding platform and send them to detection station in sequence, lifting the device to
lift the workpiece and detect the workpiece material quality. The roundness hopper is used for fitting processing
workpiece material of different material quality. through the motor drive the charging tray to rotate, the
workpiece is transferred to platform of trough under the action of friction. Equipped with detection sensor
when the workpiece reach the place, after it reach the place, the lifting cylinder lift the workpiece to detection
platform and the sensor will check the workpiece material quality
2. transport unit
(1) main composition and function
Perform component is composed of manipulator, cross arm, rotary table, inductive sensors, switching power
supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, a variety of
types of solenoid valve and cylinder; mainly completes moving the workpiece to next station from last station.
Through freedom movement at X,Y,Z three axis, from the “feeding detection unit”, the manipulator transfer the
material block to “processing unit”.

(1)main composition and function
Perform component composes of rotary table and drilling machining components, scrap detection components,
sensors detect whether the workpiece turntable reach the postion, electromagnetic instruments, switching
power supply, programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, geared
motor, various types of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete Location transformation, punching
workpiece, waste detection. Use the rotary table to ceaselessly rotate the workpiece on the four rotating station,
let the workpiece at different processing place and detection place within different times; Drilling unit is to
complete drilling processing of the workpiece; Detection unit is to complete detection of the waste.
3. installing and transport unit
Perform parts composes of the translation table, rotary table, tower crane arm, manipulator, buttons, I/O
interface board, communication interface board, switch power supply, programmable controller, various types
of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete transferring the upper station workpiece to installing station,
and then send the workpiece that has been installed to lower station. Use translation cylinder to control tower
crane arm’s moving position, let it work at“get into”,“wait”,“take away”,“waste”three working station; Use the manipulator 180 degrees translation at X axis, 60 degrees vertical
movement at Y axis,1cm open and close moving at Z axis, let the workpiece on “wait for installing”,“install”,“complete and translation”,“waste”three different station.
4. installing unit
(1) main composition and function
Perform component is composes of round hopper, sucker manipulator, up and down rocker arm parts and
bin transposition parts, workpiece pushing components, vacuum generators, switching power supply,
programmable controller, buttons, I/O interface board, communication interface board, a variety of types
of solenoid valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete feeding and processing and assembling process. The
round hopper is used to hold different colors workpiece, if there has material at “waiting to be processed
place”,by bin transposition parts, select the workpiece that has to be installed, use the rocker arm parts and
vacuum sucker to install the workpiece into material, and thus to complete synthesis processing of large and
small material blocks.
5. sorting working unit
(1) main composition and function
Perform component parts is composes of sliding rod pushing parts, workpiece storage slide way, button, the
I/O interface board, communication interface board, switch power supply, programmable controller, solenoid
valve and cylinder. Mainly to complete sorting workpiece and pushing the workpiece to storage slide way.
When finish processing and after the workpiece that has passed inspection are transferred to this platform
